Link missing and not able to get the source code for stable version

Hi,

It seems that the link for Launchpad is missing here, it returns 502 error when I try to access it. Kindly ask anyone to fix it or tell me how to access it. Source code – SimulIDE

Also, is it possible to assign tags in github so that might be easier for people to checkout different version.
