Has any one build 3 phase ac power source

I tried to connect the single ac sources as 3 phase. It did not work. It is not follow 3 phase calculation. Has any one build a 3 phase ac source. Thanks

Don't you tried with 3 wave generators with phase shifted 0°, 120°, and 240° ?
