This new property is a good idea to make thinks simple.

That's right some MCU have fuses which control the initial frequency ; i made a quick comment in the source code of the dynamic frequency change.

Maybe in the future some properties could migrate in a "fuses settings" panel

Yes, that is something I have in mind.
For most cases the current "Config" properties can do the job, but in cases like this we definitely need proper fuses.
