ver. 0.415 vs. 1.0 and 1.1 (atmega128)

I tested a program that toggles the entire PORTC on and off in 5ms intervals on the ATmega128. The program works fine in version 0.45, but in versions 1.0 and 1.1, PORTC0 to PORTC6 function correctly, while PORTC7 outputs 0V. Is there an issue I'm unaware of?

There is an error in one xml file.
You can download the xml file in the attachment (unzip it) and replace that file in:
SimulIDE/data/AVR/mega64_128/mega64_regs.xml
