The default value of resistance is displayed in exponencial format

Hi,

the default resistance value of capacitor, electrolytic capacitor and coil is displayed in exponencial format 1e-6. It would be better to display it as 1 uOhm.

It would be nice to look at all properties of all component and set the default values to more natural units. For example the resistance of battery to mOhm, the current of LEDs and relays to mA.

Ok I will keep an eye at this and change all cases I find.
