ATTiny2313: transmission over USART1 wrong behavior. Always 130 bits transmission takes 150ms (measured in analyzer) regardless of whatever baud rate you set on device.
Ofcoarse, in this case no communication between terminal and device.

On windows, same schematic works as expected
