No enough space for translated simulation status

Hi,

there is no enough space for translated string in the window with simulation status.

Tested trunk revision 2230

I fixed it at Rev 2234, but that affects at the minimum size of the widget.
I'm not 100% convinced about about this solution...

Perhaps reversing the positions could solve this limitation.

Now

Target Speed: 100.00%

If reversed:

100.00% Target Speed

Now there is other problem in revision 2244. The last letters s of simulation time is cut off.
