Missing minimum current in current source properties

Hi,

there is possible to set current voltage, maximum voltage and minimum voltage for the voltage source. The current source has only properties current current and maximum current. The property minimum current is missing.

Yes, this is not implemented.
And I don't want to make changes if not absolutely needed, specially if it adds strings to translations.
