Help about a circuit component in SimulIDE

Dear,

I am trying to design a circuit that allow me to take the 220 VAC as an input and a 3 voltage output with possibility to change the phase and the altitude (0-65v).

I am in the beginning of my project and i am starting by trying to choose and select the voltage source (could no find it)

Any clue help about the one that can be used ?

I will be using an arduino could it be a good idea or not ?
