HALF SQUARES FOR THE SUBCIRCUIT PACKAGE__Pending

Would it be possible for the "package" square size to support "HALF" squares? Pins and internal components can now be moved in half squares.

Not sure, there are some other things to solve to do this.
But eventually something like this will be done.
