Force Strain Gauge help

I am experimenting with the force sensor.

I was wondering if it represents an aluminum load cell, or a strain sensor.

If it is a strain sensor the resistance should vary in + or - depending on the strain.

Furthermore, by connecting it to a Wheatstone bridge with 120 ohms resistors I get about 11 mV/V which seems like a high value to me.

Aluminum load cells usually have 3 or 4 wires.

Hi.

This is a strain sensor, changing it's resistance depending on the force.
