Device I2CRAM, Persistent Option

Hi,

SimulIDE_1.1.0-R250812_Win32, W7

Device I2CRam, if its option, ‘Persistent’, is unchecked, its data is not reset to 0xff (as in real SEEP) or 0x00, when restarting the debugger.

Isn’t its ‘Persistent’ option similar to the 'Persistent' option of the EEPROM in the MCUs (as ATmega8)
