Hi.

There is no model for CD4093, but you can try 74HC00 which is very similar.

The 4093 integrated circuit is made up of four SCHMITT NAND gates (CD stands for Texas Instruments, other manufacturers use other letters). In simulide you can get a gate of this type by raising the value of "Low to High Thereshold" in properties.
