Bit 1 of GTCCR reads 1 but it should read 0

I'm experimenting with Timer1 of an Attiny85 and found a minor issue with register GTCCR. According to the documentation of Attiny85 bit 1 (PSR1) should always read 0 but the monitor outputs 1 instead
