Badly aligned shields at Arduino

Hi,
When you do following steps the arduino shiled is badly aligned
- set Arduino to logic symbol
- attach shield
- set Arduino back to be displayed as PCB
Tested trunk revision 2230.

Yes, that is an issue.
Probably Logic symbol should be disabled when there is a shield.
I have to think about this.

Solved at Rev 2240:
- Shields can't attach to Logic Symbol.
- Boards with shields can't be set to Logic Symbol.
