Average value
If I remember well, the voltmeter and ammeter display their average voltage and current in every 20ms. I wonder if it is difficult to let this period of time be a user parameter. Its minimum (and default) value could be 20ms. Its maximum will be determined by the registers that will define it. This also helps synchronizing their display with the circuit timing (for example, if the circuit clock is 1.4 ms, the period could be set as 28 ms)
This could be implemented in the future to display the average power (wattmeter) of an element/component.
Anyway, it is just a thought to let simulIDE, if possible, be more practical.

Unfortunately what those meters display is the instantaneous voltage read every time the circuit canvas is updated.
