Ampmeter output pin

How to read a voltage from ampmeter output pin(3)?
When I connect the output(3) pin of the ampmeter in osciloscope I only see a dc current. Is there an issue with signal generator?

Seems there is an issue with the frequencies. With low frequencies I can trigger it. More than 100 hz we have problems.

Yes, the output pin in Meters only updates with canvas refresh, by default 20 FPS.
